Robert’s focus is a blend of building mission critical enterprise systems while growing and nurturing highly performing engineering teams in environments where failure is not an option.

His background ranges from start-ups to Fortune 500 environments including development and exit of ExpressYard, a leading SaaS platform in the transportation sector now homed at GE Transportation / Wabtec and recently the rapid growth of teams and systems at Kabbage, Inc in the FinTech sector.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Michigan and in his free time enjoys photography and spending time with his growing family.
