Todd has held senior leadership roles within high-growth technology companies, bringing a distinctive blend of financial acumen and operational rigor to each position. His data-driven, customer-first approach is underpinned by deep expertise in financial modeling, revenue/cost unit economics, and KPI reporting, thus fostering financial discipline and a culture of accountability and trust.

Before joining OncoLens, Todd was the VP of Finance and Accounting at Episode Solutions, a leader in post-acute value-based care coordination services for Medicare patients. He also served as SVP of Finance and Administration for Conversa Health, a provider of evidence-based, clinically intelligent automated care programs for managing patient cohorts at scale where he led accelerated growth, multiple rounds of funding, and a successful exit.

Todd holds a B.S. in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from City University of Seattle.  In his free time, Todd is an avid foodie, outdoorsman, and recreational golfer who also enjoys distance running and traveling with his wife.
